Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Panama City, Panama (On-site, 5 days/week)
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Salary Range: $1,500 – $1,900 USD/month
Language Requirements: Professional English and Spanish required
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in managing marketing projects and coordinating with agencies and providers to join our growing team. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, organizing campaigns and events, and ensuring brand consistency across all initiatives. Your work will directly impact lead generation, brand positioning, and overall marketing performance for clients across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects with external agencies and service providers
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Organize and manage corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on lead generation and growth
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives
- Assist in implementing basic design tasks and explore AI/automation tools to improve efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles
- Proven experience managing marketing projects and working with agencies/vendors
- Strong understanding of SEO and lead generation strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in law firms, financial services, or business consulting environments
- Exposure to design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and brand management practices
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
