- Book free Trial Classes for families who are not ready to enroll immediately, confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and follow up after trials to convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email, including re-engaging older and nurture-stage leads.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to ask for the sale and close enrollments.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and general computer tools to manage leads and sales activity.
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment with a quiet workspace and dependable high-speed internet.
- Goal-oriented and resilient, with a strong interest in performance-based sales and helping families make decisions about their children's education.
Preferred Qualifications
