Job Title: Front-End UI/UX Developer
Location: Remote Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Contractor - Full-Time
Salary Range: $3,000 to $4,500 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Front-End UI/UX Developer with strong experience in modern front-end technologies and .NET environments to join our growing team. You will play a key role in transforming requirements and wireframes into polished, intuitive user interfaces. Your work will directly impact the usability, performance, and overall experience of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Work within ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core environments to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and workflows.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent styling across applications.
- Optimize front-end performance with a focus on speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Apply UX best practices, analytics, and user feedback to refine and enhance existing interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving front-end standards and code quality.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS/SASS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core (Razor views, layouts, partials, UI integration).
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including layout, typography, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with Git and standard development workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for clean design and clean code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integrations.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with front-end build tools such as Gulp for bundling, minification, and asset pipelines.
- Experience working with legacy JavaScript libraries such as jQuery.
