Job Title: Frontend Engineer
Location: Remote – Colombia, Brazil, Mexico
Type of Contract: Contractor
Salary Range: Up to $4,000 USD/month
Language Requirements: Advanced English (Ability to work in U.S. time zones)
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer with strong experience in React 17, Angular 19, and microfrontend architecture to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable, multi-tenant frontend applications for one of the largest warranty companies in the U.S. Your work will directly impact application performance, code quality, and the delivery of seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React 17 and Angular 19
- Build and support scalable microfrontend architectures for multi-tenant environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cross-application dependency issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality frontend code following best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering guidelines
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on frontend performance, scalability, and developer experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency with React 17 and Angular 19
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining microfrontends
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-team integration challenges
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams
- Availability to work within U.S. time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-level or multi-tenant applications
- Familiarity with frontend architecture and scalability best practices
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients or teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes
