We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok campaign execution, conversion tracking, and privacy-compliant advertising to join our growing team. You will play a key role in launching, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns for U.S.-based brands while collaborating closely with a high-performance LATAM marketing team. Your work will directly impact client growth, campaign profitability, compliance standards, and the long-term success of our performance marketing division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversion performance to drive continuous optimization
  • Implement and troubleshoot pixel tracking, event tracking, tagging systems, and attribution workflows
  • Collaborate closely with in-person team members from a shared coworking environment to improve execution speed and campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data, audience behavior, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure campaigns and tracking systems comply with privacy and consent regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
  • Prepare campaign reports, insights, and optimization recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Participate in creative strategy discussions, testing initiatives, and performance reviews to improve advertising effectiveness

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and paid social optimization strategies
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution systems
  • Working knowledge of privacy compliance frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and consent-based tracking practices
  • Experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and improving performance metrics in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative coworking environment with other performance marketing specialists
  • Passion for marketing, continuous learning, and staying current on platform updates and advertising trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City
  • Experience working with U.S.-based brands or agencies
  • Familiarity with healthcare, lead generation, or privacy-sensitive industries
  • Experience with landing page optimization, CRO, and funnel analysis
  • Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Termly, Zapier, or consent management platforms
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad testing and content strategy
  • Background working in high-performance or highly accountable team cultures
