Our client is seeking a skilled Product Expert — Multi-Country Services with hands-on experience in payroll, accounting, tax compliance, or corporate services to join their growing team. You will play a key role in defining how their services are technically delivered across multiple Latin American jurisdictions, supporting onboarding, ongoing delivery, integrations, and internal teams. Your work will directly impact service consistency, technical accuracy, operational scalability, and the client experience across countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the technical delivery of Entity Management, HR Support, Payroll, Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Payments across onboarding, ongoing, and on-demand services.
- Build and maintain detailed service definitions covering client inputs, process steps, systems, dependencies, cut-off dates, outputs, file formats, and country-specific requirements.
- Lead the technical aspects of client onboarding, including data requirements, chart of accounts mapping, payroll input templates, system access, opening balance migration, and implementation documentation.
- Map and document country-specific differences in payroll inputs, electronic invoicing platforms, statutory books, filing mechanisms, accounting systems, and government portals.
- Provide clear technical guidance to clients, referral partners, and internal teams regarding data flows, payroll requirements, invoice validation, reporting formats, delivery timelines, and service mechanics.
- Support integrations with client HRIS, ERP, and partner platforms by defining data specifications, file layouts, mappings, migration requirements, and secure data-transfer processes.
- Partner with in-country teams to standardize processes, reporting packs, deliverable formats, and workflows while identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and stronger technical documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on delivery experience in accounting, payroll, tax compliance, corporate services, or a closely related operational function.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with accounting or payroll systems, electronic invoicing platforms, government filing portals, and multi-step service delivery processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with structured data, templates, mappings, reconciliations, file formats, and data migrations.
- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and during client or internal calls.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to understand unfamiliar country requirements and translate them into clear processes, specifications, and training materials.
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate effectively with in-country specialists while maintaining a broad understanding of regional service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering payroll, accounting, tax, or corporate services across more than one Latin American country.
- Experience working with an EOR, PEO, global payroll provider, professional services firm, or multi-country corporate services organization.
- Exposure to HRIS or ERP integrations, APIs, data migration projects, and structured system-to-system data exchanges.
- Experience evaluating accounting, payroll, electronic invoicing, or government platforms across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with process automation, workflow tools, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Portuguese language skills to support service delivery and technical coverage in Brazil.
