Salary Range: 1,000 - 1,400 USD / Month

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist with experience in content creation, social media strategy, and audience engagement to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our social presence across the LATAM region. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and the overall growth of our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for the LATAM market.
- Plan, create, and publish daily contentincluding text, images, and videoacross all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns and produce compelling content.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage audience engagement by responding to inquiries and feedback across channels.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices within Colombia and the broader region.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of paid social media promotions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout). - Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and paid media management.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- High attention to detail, organizational strength, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Knowledge of audience behavior and market nuances within the LATAM region.
