We are seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff with strong analytical and business strategy experienceideally an ex-McKinsey, Bain, or BCG consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a strategic operator and thought partner to the founders, driving learning innovation, enabling revenue acceleration, and ensuring operational excellence as the company scales. You will directly shape how we deliver custom enterprise learning experiences, improve internal systems, and create leverage across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Design and structure custom learning modules (~50%): synthesize complex organizational challenges into engaging, actionable learning experiences; over time own end-to-end design from client discovery to final delivery, partnering with the Co-Founder (Learning Design) and Fortune 500 L&D teams.

Support revenue growth (~30 - 40%): execute strategic sales operations including lead generation, pipeline management, mid-funnel activities, and client follow-up; identify high-value opportunities and ensure operational rigor.

Enable founder leverage (~10 - 20%): manage critical business operations such as procurement, invoicing, special projects, and process improvements; act as the operational backbone that frees founders to focus on strategic initiatives.

Shape client relationships: join founders on client calls, then independently drive projects forward; manage stakeholder expectations and deliver impactful learning solutions.

Build founder-level judgment: gain exposure across product strategy, sales, operations, and delivery in a growth-stage ed-tech environment; take real ownership and decision-making authority.

Continuously improve: proactively propose enhancements to processes, learning design methodologies, commercial workflows, and strategic planning.
Must-Have Qualifications

Ex-McKinseyor Bain consultant (required), ideally with early-career experience in business analysis, strategy, problem-solving, or organizational development.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills: able to break down ambiguous challenges, create structured frameworks, and synthesize complexity into clarity.

Genuine enthusiasm for learning & development, with interest or exposure to L&D, training, or organizational development.

Exceptional organizational ability: skilled at managing multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritizing effectively, and delivering reliably in fast-moving environments.

Low-ego, high-ownership mindset: comfortable working across strategic and tactical tasks, from high-level design to detailed execution.

Client-ready presence from day one: able to communicate clearly with enterprise stakeholders, handle ambiguity, and think on your feet.

Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.

Comfortable working remotely in a LATAM timezone and collaborating with U.S.-based founders and clients.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to enterprise learning design, instructional design, or corporate training (even short-term or as part of another role).

Experience with pipeline/sales operations, procurement, invoicing, or operational process improvements in a startup or high-growth environment.

Familiarity with ed-tech, small-group live learning formats, or the no-instructor model.

Based in Mexico (preferred) or another politically/economically stable LATAM country (e.g., Chile, Brazil).

Experience in fast-paced environments requiring context-switching and high-stakes multitasking.
