We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with a consultative, results-driven approach and experience in industrial equipment sales. You will play a key role in identifying commercial opportunities, conducting field assessments, and delivering high-quality technical proposals. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a personalized sales plan, managing pipeline activities, presentations, and client outreach.

  • Identify opportunities through customer history analysis and on-site evaluations.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, including the Pump System Academy, to prepare accurate proposals.

  • Build strong customer relationships and support the resolution of pumping system failures.

  • Collect operational data in the field to create detailed technical and commercial proposals.

  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage opportunities and customer interactions.

  • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to key decision-makers.

  • Conduct frequent travel (up to 70%) to customer sites as required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales; mining industry experience is a plus.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English proficiency.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience preparing technical solutions in pumping systems or similar industrial environments.

  • Background in consultative or solution-based technical sales.
