Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in multi-channel campaign execution and optimization to join our global team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, boosting digital engagement, and supporting sales growth through strategic use of paid media, email, and organic channels. Your work will directly impact pipeline development and ROI through data-driven decision-making and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns across search, display, retargeting, email, and social media
  • Improve paid ad performance by refining structure and targeting to reduce cost-per-lead
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance conversion across landing pages, websites, and email assets
  • Align messaging of paid campaigns with bottom-of-funnel goals to drive SQLs
  • Use audience insights and behavior data to guide campaign strategies
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics platforms and dashboards
  • Manage segmentation and lead nurturing workflows in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Coordinate campaign budgets and align with strategic marketing objectives
  • Run A/B tests on creative elements to improve engagement and conversion
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign results and optimization strategies

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of CRO techniques for websites and landing pages
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors
  • Familiarity with MQL/SQL stages and lead nurturing strategies
  • Background in media buying and campaign budget planning
