Your work will directly impact new business acquisition, dealer revenue, and territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make consistent outbound calls and outreach to identify owners, general managers, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Introduce their products and clearly communicate their value proposition, dealer benefits, pricing structure, and sample program.
  • Qualify prospects and generate approximately 3–5 qualified sample opportunities per day once fully ramped.
  • Follow up consistently after samples are delivered, address questions or objections, and move qualified prospects toward opening orders and dealer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records covering prospects, decision-makers, conversations, samples, follow-ups, opportunities, orders, and lost opportunities.
  • Build a measurable sales pipeline that progresses from Prospect → Decision Maker → Conversation → Sample → Follow-Up → Dealer → Repeat Orders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar new-business role.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and the confidence to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting.
  • Professional English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable making approximately 50–60 outbound prospecting calls per day once fully ramped.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with strong CRM habits and consistent follow-up.
  • Competitive, persistent, and motivated by measurable performance and commission-based compensation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and being evaluated against clear activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into tile, flooring, construction, building materials, tools, distribution, or independent retail.
  • Existing familiarity with dealer networks, pro shops, purchasing processes, or B2B distribution.
  • Experience managing sample-based sales processes or converting product evaluations into opening orders.
  • Experience using AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, CRM, or lead-generation platforms.
