Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer
Location: Remote – Latin America Required (available to overlap some Spanish times for meetings)
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Contractor
Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,500 USD/month
Language Requirements: Conversational English

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript and high-converting UI development to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building responsive, user-focused interfaces and integrating frontend solutions within PHP-based environments. Your work will directly impact user engagement, performance optimization, and the scalability of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modern, high-converting user interfaces using best practices in design and frontend development
• Build and maintain frontend components for public websites and internal tools with full responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Integrate frontend solutions with PHP-based environments, including templating engines such as Twig
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features
• Perform code reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to coding standards
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following modern design patterns and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla and ES6+), jQuery, and Git
• Solid understanding of PHP environments and experience with templating systems like Twig
• Expertise in CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM) and preprocessors such as SASS
• Experience using package managers such as Yarn or NPM
• Proven experience with A/B testing implementation and browser testing/debugging
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent work capabilities
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor), building AI-driven solutions, and implementing AI agents

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with React and/or TypeScript for scalable frontend architectures
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
