We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a US based consulting firm with a proven track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and setting the stage for successful sales closures. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and understand the unique needs of executive-level clients will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Strategically identify and research target companies, focusing on those with high growth potential.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to connect with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.
  • Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to assess prospect needs, pain points, and buying criteria.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in our CRM system, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a sales development or inside sales role, ideally with experience engaging C-suite executives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Executive Presence: A polished and professional demeanor, with the confidence and gravitas to interact effectively with high-level executives.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business fundamentals, including financial metrics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Sales Methodology: Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
