Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive impactful campaigns. This role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, with a key focus on managing PPC campaigns and Google Ads. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

This is a full-time role offering a salary range of 8-10 million COP per month, with a full employment contract that includes all legal benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and key performance metrics.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Take ownership of PPC campaigns and Google Ads, including keyword research, bid optimization, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide clear direction and support to ensure team members achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align efforts.

Brand Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
  • Oversee the development of marketing assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Enhance brand awareness through strategic storytelling and innovative marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance metrics, including PPC and Google Ads data, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, advertising partners, and media outlets.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the needs and goals of all stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in PPC campaign management and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team is preferred.

Skills:

  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, including hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and performance tracking software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
