Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong sense of design and a passion for building high-quality products quickly. In this role, you'll take ownership of features from ideation to production, working closely with product and design teams to create intuitive and scalable software solutions.

This position is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from Brazil, Argentina or Uruguay. Compensation is competitive (range between 30-45k USD/year and based on experience, skills, and location.

What You'll Do

• Develop and Deploy: Build and iterate on features quickly, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Work Across the Stack: Develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating them seamlessly.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
• Maintain Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Optimize Development Workflows: Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and best practices.

What Were Looking For

• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Back-End Skills: Experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and building APIs.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with MongoDB or other database technologies.
• Fast Execution: Ability to quickly turn ideas into functional software with an iterative mindset.
• Problem-Solving Approach: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

• Experience with component libraries and design systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, feature toggles, or rapid prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools for development.
