About the job Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Specialist
Nearshore Business Solutions helps U.S. companies build and scale remote teams in Latin America, specializing in software development, professional services (accounting, finance, admin), and sales & marketing roles.
We are currently expanding and looking for a Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts. If you have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing the recruitment process, we want to hear from you!
Please note that this has a salary range of $2m - $3m COP per month, labor contract, plus bonuses and commissions, with on target earnings of 6m/month.
What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top candidates
- Screen and vet candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications
- Format resumes and prepare candidate profiles for presentation to clients
- Maintain and update job requisitions
Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
- Draft and send newsletters to candidates with job updates and insights
- Keep candidate records up to date in ATS or tracking tools
Candidate Education & Hiring Process Support
- Help candidates understand the hiring process and improve their chances of getting hired
- Create educational content on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Assist with general marketing efforts to engage candidates and improve the job application experience
What Were Looking For
- Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing (preferably in tech and professional services)
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess talent
- Experience with resume formatting and candidate presentation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
