Key Responsibilities

  • Support & Engagement: Provide responsive, empathetic support to users, helping them navigate the platform and solve issues quickly.

  • Lead Management: Triage incoming leads from trainers or partners, directing them to the right teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot account and technical issues, escalating where necessary.

  • Retention & Satisfaction: Use proactive outreach and tailored offers to reduce churn and improve user satisfaction.

  • Sales Support: Respond to inbound queries, providing helpful product information to encourage sign-ups or purchases.

  • Customer & Sales Operations: Assist with onboarding, pre-sales tasks, basic email support, and reporting for business reviews.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with users through social media channels or groups, answering questions and maintaining a strong brand presence.

  • Data & CRM: Maintain accurate and organized customer records using payment platforms and CRM tools.

  • Feedback & Insights: Share customer feedback and insights to help improve services and products.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (bonus points for startup or tech experience).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsempathetic, professional, and clear.

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Docs; experience with platforms like Intercom, Stripe, or Iterable is a plus.

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enthusiasm for technology, health, or fitness is a bonus but not required.
