About the Role
We're hiring a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth for a leading healthcare SaaS company. This is a fully remote role focused on outreach, qualification, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines engaging prospects via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and qualify leads. You'll thrive if you're tech-savvy, results-driven, and love initiating conversations.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Engage new leads via email, phone, and social media

Lead Qualification: Research and assess leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles

Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects

Meeting Booking: Set up discovery calls and demos for Account Executives

Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS and healthcare compliance trends

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to align messaging and strategy

CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records in CRM platforms
What Were Looking For

2+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably SaaS)

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce

Familiar with lead-gen tools such as Apollo.io, Outreach.io, or ZoomInfo

Experience with objection handling and value-based selling is a plus

Proactive, organized, and hungry to hit and exceed KPIs
Ideal Candidate

Based in Latin America with a strong internet connection

Has previous experience working with US-based clients or SaaS companies

Can work independently and manage a high volume of outreach
