Position Overview
As the Fulfillment and Logistics Manager, you'll oversee critical operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role is essential for ensuring that our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition, particularly on platforms like Amazon, where timely delivery is vital.

You will be responsible for building systems to prevent stockouts, optimize inventory levels, and streamline processes. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Optimization

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, particularly for Amazon FBA, avoiding merchant fulfillment to retain Prime shipping capabilities.
• Implement real-time inventory tracking systems to prevent stockouts and mislabeling.
• Use advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills to forecast demand and manage stock effectively.
• Develop a fail-proof system for managing FNSKUs, reducing the risk of penalties.

Fulfillment & Distribution

• Coordinate with fulfillment providers to ensure daily shipments go out on time.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate stockouts, particularly for e-commerce platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end shipping process, from carrier selection to delivery tracking.

Analytical & Technical Expertise

• Leverage data to optimize supply chain operations and minimize costs.
• Balance inventory levels and ordering cadences to avoid overstocking.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for savings, such as supplier negotiations and efficient shipping methods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with key team members to finalize and implement supply chain strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within e-commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and advanced spreadsheet software.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $1,500 - $2,500 USD, depending on the candidate and previous experience.
