Are you passionate about building innovative, user-friendly B2B SaaS products? As a Product Owner, you will define the product vision, translate the roadmap into actionable user stories, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in roadmap planning, ensuring the product backlog is prioritized and aligned with strategic goals. In an agile development environment, you'll provide clarity on user scenarios and requirements while working with QA to verify solutions meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform the feature roadmap into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering implementation.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure user stories deliver maximum value to customers.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs for future roadmap consideration.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining alignment with overall product strategy.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout the development lifecycle, providing clarification and detailed requirements as needed.
• Work with the product team to analyze usage metrics and make data-driven decisions that optimize feature adoption.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong skills in writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with roadmapping tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for building innovative, user-friendly B2B products.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment when selecting methods to solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications.
