About the Role

Were looking for a results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive to connect with SMEs in need of sales development support. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your consultative sales expertise, leverage AI-driven solutions, and close high-value deals efficiently.

With 15-20 booked appointments weekly (primarily US-based SMB prospects), a 2030 day sales cycle, and deal sizes averaging $30K, this role is tailor-made for top closers who thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month.
  • Commissions: Uncapped earning potential with a target OTE (on-target earnings) of $4,000 - $8,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage SMEs using consultative sales techniques to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Continuously enhance sales strategies through self-learning and collaboration.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular progress updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 or above).
  • Proven experience selling to SMBs across industries.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and driven by results.
  • A history of self-learning through books, courses, or mentorship.
  • Recognized as a top closer on previous sales teams.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, especially video calls.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
  • Bonus: Experience running or owning a business.
