We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager with strong experience leading full stack development teams in Azure cloud environments to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving technical strategy, managing engineering execution, and delivering scalable enterprise retail technology solutions. Your work will directly impact platform scalability, development efficiency, and cross-functional product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support full stack engineering teams across multiple initiatives and product lines
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business and scalability goals
• Oversee sprint planning, engineering delivery, and code quality standards across teams
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability in Azure cloud environments
• Promote best practices in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and microservices architecture
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET C#
• Experience working with React or Angular frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design
• Proven experience with Azure cloud environments and cloud-native application delivery
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture
• Advanced English communication skills (C1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake data platform
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions or AI-enabled product development
• Background managing or coordinating multiple engineering teams
• Experience in retail technology or enterprise-scale application environments
• Strong strategic thinking and execution-oriented leadership mindset
