Salary Range: $3,000–$3,750 USD/month base + commission

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with experience in financial services sales to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving new business through proactive outreach and lead generation. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion in the Latin American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and self-generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage full sales cycles of 6–12 months within financial services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking using Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Report directly to leadership with updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial services or banking sales.
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6–12 months).
  • Strong cold-calling and self-generation skills; proactive and independent.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
  • Fluent in English with overlap in U.S. time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-commission, draw-against-compensation structure.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a remote contractor in sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM optimization and sales workflow automation.
