Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full Time - Contractor
Salary Range: $3,000–$3,750 USD/month base + commission
Language Requirements: Fluent English
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with experience in financial services sales to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving new business through proactive outreach and lead generation. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion in the Latin American region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, cold call, and self-generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage full sales cycles of 6–12 months within financial services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking using Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report directly to leadership with updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial services or banking sales.
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6–12 months).
- Strong cold-calling and self-generation skills; proactive and independent.
- Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, JustCall, and ClickUp.
- Fluent in English with overlap in U.S. time zones.
- Ability to thrive in a high-commission, draw-against-compensation structure.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a remote contractor in sales.
- Knowledge of CRM optimization and sales workflow automation.
