We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong TypeScript expertise and experience building production-ready applications across frontend and backend environments. You will play a key role in developing and delivering SaaS and B2B healthcare products, collaborating closely with technical leadership, product teams, and designers. Your work will directly impact product delivery, engineering efficiency, and the successful execution of multiple client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy full-stack applications from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using TypeScript-based technologies.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, development, testing, debugging, and release processes.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to established engineering standards.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot to improve development speed and productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience using TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, React, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production applications.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and database systems.
• Experience in startup environments or other fast-paced, high-execution teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Availability to work with overlap during U.S. business hours.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS or healthcare technology products.
• Familiarity with Ionic and mobile application development.
• Experience using AI-native development workflows and modern coding assistants.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and contribute across diverse projects.
• Experience balancing speed of delivery with strong code quality and engineering best practices.
