Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with strong React experience to join their growing engineering team. You will play a key role in building high-quality frontend applications while serving as a technical liaison between offshore and onshore engineering teams. Your work will directly impact development quality, team alignment, and the successful delivery of scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable frontend applications using React and related technologies.
• Serve as a technical bridge between onshore and offshore engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, technical decisions, priorities, and project expectations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective frontend solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to offshore developers, helping resolve complex implementation challenges and maintain consistent engineering standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Proactively identify technical risks, communicate blockers, and help coordinate solutions across distributed teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with strong expertise in React.
• proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Experience working with distributed, offshore, or cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, take ownership of technical decisions, and provide guidance to other developers.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing practices, and modern frontend development workflows.
