Salary Range: Competitive Base + Commission (Equity/Phantom Equity potential)

Language Requirements: English and Spanish (required), Portuguese (strongly preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Regional Head of Sales with extensive experience in selling professional services across Latin America and the Caribbean to join client`s growing team. You will play a key role in leading and scaling a distributed regional sales function while personally driving high-value strategic deals. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, regional expansion, and the firm’s position as a leading provider of entity management, legal, and tax services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full regional sales pipeline across multiple LATAM and Caribbean markets, ensuring consistent deal flow and conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a distributed team of in-country sales professionals, including target setting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Personally close high-value, multi-market engagements including entity structuring, tax compliance, and cross-border advisory mandates.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth and market expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic referral partnerships with law firms, accounting firms, private banks, and other key ecosystem players.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and accounting teams to align pricing, scope, and delivery prior to client proposals.
  • Own CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting (HubSpot or equivalent), providing accurate insights to executive leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience selling professional services such as entity management, corporate services, tax/accounting compliance, or EOR/payroll solutions.
  • Proven track record managing and closing multi-country or regional deals across Latin America and/or the Caribbean.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing distributed sales teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong technical understanding of corporate structures, tax concepts (e.g., transfer pricing, permanent establishment), and cross-border operations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for executive-level client engagement.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35% across the region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into crypto/Web3, fintech, or specialized sectors such as aviation SPVs.
  • Established network across LATAM including law firms, Big 4 partners, private banks, or VC/PE funds.
  • Prior ownership of a regional sales P&L, including pricing authority and quota setting.
  • Professional credentials such as CPA, legal qualification, or equivalent.
  • Portuguese language proficiency to support Brazil market expansion.
