We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager, Demand Generation with strong B2B SaaS marketing experience and expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, marketing ROI, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and sales objectives
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, events, and content syndication
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Optimize paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other performance platforms
  • Collaborate with sales, BDR, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and improve email marketing and lead nurture programs with strong sequencing and tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as pipeline contribution, LTV:CAC, and ACV growth

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact
  • Strong expertise in ABM strategies, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), and CRM systems
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid digital campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or compliance
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
  • Experience scaling demand generation programs in high-growth companies
