We are seeking a skilled AI & Business Automation Specialist with experience in operational automation, AI workflows, and business systems optimization to join our growing team. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, improving reporting infrastructure, and building scalable automation systems across finance, RevOps, and internal business workflows. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, leadership visibility, and the company’s ability to scale effectively through automation and AI-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize automations across business operations, finance, and RevOps workflows
- Improve HubSpot CRM structure, records management, workflows, reporting systems, and operational processes
- Design and implement integrations using tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and custom APIs
- Leverage AI tools and APIs, including OpenAI-based workflows, to improve internal productivity and operational efficiency
- Create dashboards, automated reporting systems, and leadership visibility tools for operational performance tracking
- Support financial modeling, forecasting initiatives, and operational reporting processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend scalable automation solutions
- Manage data cleanup, syncing, enrichment, and workflow automation across multiple SaaS platforms
- Collaborate directly with leadership on strategic operational improvements and automation initiatives
- Document systems, workflows, and SOPs to ensure scalable and repeatable internal processes
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools
- Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows, reporting, and operational systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and workflow-based AI automation, including OpenAI integrations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data, and financial reporting or models
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience building integrations between SaaS tools and business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting RevOps, sales operations, or broader business operations functions
- Familiarity with financial modeling, operational forecasting, or business analytics
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms through APIs and automation workflows
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Exposure to dashboards, BI tools, and operational reporting systems
- Basic scripting or technical development knowledge is a plus
