Job Title: Operations & Client Success Coordinator

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month

We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing client communications, coordinating operational activities, supporting business processes, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and appointments for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Manage vendor communications and assist with ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Monitor projects, tasks, and client requests to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Identify potential operational gaps and proactively address issues before they impact clients or business operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Advanced to fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong responsiveness, reliability, and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, or client-facing documentation.
  • Background in client success, operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with process documentation and workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating events, vendors, or external stakeholders.
  • Degree not required; relevant experience, organization, reliability, and results are valued more highly than formal education.
