Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (JavaScript, Next.js, React, AI Tools, A/B Testing)
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred (aligned with Spanish business hours 'CET')
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: $3,800 – $4,800 USD/month
Language Requirements: Native Spanish, C1 English

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer with strong experience in Next.js, React, and modern frontend architecture to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building high-conversion user interfaces, developing internal tools, and optimizing frontend performance. Your work will directly impact user experience, marketing effectiveness, and overall product scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-conversion, visually engaging interfaces using modern design and marketing best practices
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Design and develop the frontend layer for internal tools and custom platforms
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through rigorous testing
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Operations teams
  • Write modular, reusable, and efficient code while continuously optimizing performance

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Next.js and the React ecosystem
  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript for scalable frontend development
  • Solid understanding of NPM package management, including creation and optimization
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI into workflows
  • Proven experience in frontend architecture with a modular design approach
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, including async JavaScript (Fetch, Axios)
  • Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application deployment best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with frontend performance analysis and optimization
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience working with PHP/Twig in frontend templating environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with UI/UX and cross-functional teams
  • Autonomous, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates must be comfortable attending meetings during Spanish business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET) as required (not daily, but regularly enough to be a key consideration)
