Salary Range: 5,000 - 8,000 USD / Month

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager Country Manager with strong commercial leadership and deep experience in high-growth environments to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in driving partnership sales, leading cross-functional collaboration, and representing our brand across LATAM. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, market expansion, and the overall performance of our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead partnership sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue and new business acquisition targets across LATAM. Develop, mentor, and manage the Partnership team, establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and ongoing training.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partners, IBs, affiliates, fund managers, and brokers to expand market presence.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to launch and optimize partnerships and distribution channels. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and resourcing for the partnership sales function, ensuring capacity meets business needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, CRM accuracy, and data protection policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and negotiations with suppliers and partners.
- Manage departmental budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide senior site leadership, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading sales, partnerships, or business development in high-growth environments.
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience with proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage partner relationships, and drive business expansion.
- Experience working within matrix structures and collaborating across multiple functional areas.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and analytics to inform decision-making and performance management.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong financial literacy, including the ability to interpret management information and construct commercial terms.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Well-established network within the FX/CFD, fintech, or broader financial services sector.
- Experience managing distributed teams across LATAM markets.
- Knowledge of contracts, commercial agreements, and negotiation strategies.
