We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with strong expertise in trading, brokerage relations, and partner network expansion to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening broker relationships, and expanding our footprint across the LATAM region. Your work will directly impact our market growth, partner engagement, and overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with introducing brokers and key industry partners.
  • Grow the companys partner network and increase market share within the trading and brokerage sector.
  • Analyze market trends to discover and act on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute revenue-focused business development strategies aligned with LATAM goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize partner-facing offerings.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and corporate clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Propose improvements to the IB partnership program and implement initiatives to attract new partners across regions.
  • Conduct due diligence and perform risk-based assessments on potential new partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, AML regulations, and global compliance policies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, growth projections, and strategic insights to management and the Head of LATAM.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Forex or broader financial trading industry.
    Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management, business development, and client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Ability to make sound judgment calls and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working within LATAM financial markets or with regional broker networks.
