We are seeking a proactive Revenue Growth & Marketing Coordinator with experience in outbound prospecting, sales automation, and growth marketing initiatives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, optimizing outreach campaigns, supporting marketing efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance. Your work will directly impact lead generation, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall company expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach initiatives using Dripify and similar automation platforms.
- Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns using Instantly and related sales engagement tools.
- Expand and maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate prospect and customer information.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support social media management and content distribution efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Update and maintain company websites using Framer while identifying opportunities to improve user experience and lead generation performance.
- Identify and recommend new growth opportunities, outreach strategies, and business development initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement scalable growth processes and systems.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to create professional outreach messages and business correspondence.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, or business development activities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and database management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, sales automation platforms, or email campaign software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience building automations, workflows, or operational systems that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Familiarity with AI tools, no-code platforms, and business process automation.
- Technology background or strong interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients.
- Experience with Dripify, Instantly, Framer, or similar platforms.
- Background in technology, systems development, automation, or process optimization.
- Experience creating workflows and operational systems that improve team productivity.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, or growth marketing strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to contribute ideas and strategic recommendations.
- Degree not required; relevant experience, reliability, responsiveness, and proven results are valued more highly than formal education.
