Inbound Chat Sales Representative (French Market)

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the client’s products, effectively identifying and matching the right solutions for each prospect
• Quickly articulate the client’s technical and business value propositions to prospects via live chat
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established by the client
• Use technology to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity

Requirements

• Fluency in French (read, write and speak)
• Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
• Solid understanding of CRM software
• Clear communication skills
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
