We are an international organization which specialises in a wide range of outsourcing HR Services & Solutions across Europe. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin 13. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary (based on experience) and a hybrid work model ( 4 days in/ 1-day WFH). This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to develop in this HR role.

Responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for clients, external legal stakeholders and employees.

Develop and maintain appropriate relationship with the client.

Providing HR Advice in line with the best practise and in recognition of the applicable employment legislation for the countries they will support.

Potential to mentor and lead a team.

Knowledge and experience in all aspects of the employment lifecycle with specific emphasis on managements of Employee Relations issues.

Delivery of advice on key areas such as disciplinary, performance management, long-term sickness and issues that require country specific interaction.

Responsible for proactive management of employee relations, legal compliance and ensuring HR policies meet these requirements in designated countries

Provide proactive HR consultation service to our employee on certain key topics

Personnel administration- Contracts, database processing etc.

Travel approx. 25% of the time within EU (Covid-19 restriction permitting)

Participation in ad-hoc HR projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Fluency in English is essential for this position.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with proven organisational skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills exemplified by great communication (written & oral, as well as virtually and in person).

The ability to work under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently.

Personable with excellent communication skills.

IT Skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.).

A great team player who knows how and when to collaborate to ensure success, and comfortable liaising with multiple levels of leadership, Legal, Client and other stakeholders to get tasks completed.

Ability to build and contribute to a positive, equitable, and transparent HR model.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have Diploma/ Degree in HRM or Business Management

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with giving and receiving open, constructive feedback in a way that fosters trust and respect

Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. Accuracy is crucial.

Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to independently handle shifting workloads in a high-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, client, and employees

Strong credibility and the ability to influence at all levels with excellent relationship management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a diplomatic, tactful and discrete manner, while dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to work on own initiative at a local level, while also maintaining effective channels of communication.

Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
