Salary: 32000 Base + 7000 OTE = 39000
This Polish Speaking Sales Rock Star will represent one the leading clients of a large and influential Sales-as-a-Service company. The client for this role is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integrations across the web and multiple operating systems. They are changing the way teams work and empowering them to do great things together through their task management platform.
As an RSR your role will be to proactively discover their needs, advocate the product, overcome objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Key Accountabilities

- Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology
- Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to excel in achieving individual and team results and successful sales attainment
- Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
- Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email and chat (previous chat experience preferred)
- Ability to effectively navigate multiple web applications & web chat sessions simultaneously in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Fluency in English and Polish (Read, Write & Speak)
- Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
- Prefer 1-2 years of Customer service experience
- Any Sales or Business Development experience is an asset
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
- Prior experience responding to customer’s requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt, professional and friendly manner at all times
- At least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
