About the job Inside Sales Representative (Spanish Market)
nbxTalent are now looking for a Spanish Speaking Inside Sales rockstar to join a sales team in a pioneering Sales-as-a-Service firm working on behalf of a major online retailer/wholesaler. The client is a two-sided online marketplace for exclusive wholesalers to sell their stock to high-street retailers. Neat!
This role will offer the chance to work on behalf of a major social media client. Performing duties such as customer relationship management, upselling, lead generation and all things involved with the "Inside Sales Playbook".
Key Responsibilities?
- To Get in touch with the already existing clients and upsell / upgrade the product from the pre-existing leads.
- Strict adherence to established sales processes.
- Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to influence customers
- Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
- Use a number of efficiency and relationship management tools effectively
- Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- 4+ Years proven success of exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven environment. IT, software, or cloud sales experience preferred.
- Exposure to direct sales; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Read, Write & Speak).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence.
- Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork and an outstanding attention to detail.
- Online Demand Marketing awareness, understanding the modern “Inside Sales Playbook”.
