NB+ Jobs Agency is looking to add a Provincial Sales Representative, especially for the Fredericton and Saint John area! For this purpose, we prefer a candidate from the Fredericton area.

The candidate we are looking for must have the necessary discipline to work on managing his/her time every day. To this end, the right candidate must be able to stay in his/her schedule independently. Every day, this sales job requires creating new contacts, then prequalifying serious appointments. Afterwards, you will have to make professional and convincing presentations. At each stage of the sales process, you must be able to demonstrate and promote the services of the staffing agency with professionalism. We want someone who is familiar with proposing and closing commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Perform staffing proposals and analyze existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyze the territory/markets potential, and track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new clients and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (min. 10 years experience).

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Class 5 with a clean driving record
