Position: (Senior) Professional Transformation & Organizational Change Manager

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Central point of contact for communication within and regarding transformation projects 
• Creation and editorial management of newsletters, blog posts, and other communication formats 
• Planning, organizing, and following up on meetings and workshops
• Developing concepts and proposing measures for transformation planning and change management 
• Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents
• Facilitation and presentation of technical content in workshops—both in person and remotely 
• Performance of all the above tasks in German and English 
• Independent handling of special tasks and projects within the department's area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in corporate, change, or project communication, ideally in an IT environment 
• Active participation in transformation projects, as well as the design and implementation of supporting communication strategies
• Responsibility for communicating with stakeholders, teams, and executives 
• Editorial preparation of blog posts, newsletters, and intranet articles
• Fluent written and spoken German and English 
• Ability to present complex IT and process concepts in a way tailored to the target audience
• Desirable: Knowledge of change management methodologies and experience with ServiceNow
• Strong teamwork skills and a passion for collaborating across departmental boundaries
• Open, transparent communication and a confident demeanor when interacting with executives and stakeholders
• Decisiveness and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
• Assertiveness combined with persuasiveness and tact
• A structured, independent work style and strong self-management skills when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• High flexibility and a willingness to adapt in dynamic project environments
