Location: Zurich, 2 days per week remote (Remote work must be performed in Switzerland – legal requirement)
Client Segment: Banking
Candidate's Place of Residence: Ideally, the candidate already lives in Switzerland or is willing to rent an apartment in Zurich
Applications from Outside Switzerland: The candidate must hold an EU passport or be a citizen of a Schengen country; dual citizenship is also acceptable. (Citizenship from outside the Schengen Area with a work permit for Germany, Austria, etc., is not permitted)

Tasks:

• Develop and operate OpRisk (Operational Risk Management Software) applications based on ServiceNow
• Analyze existing solutions and requirements, develop technical designs, and implement enhancements
• Test and deploy changes to the applications
  

Requirements:

• Solid background in computer science or business administration (preferably a bachelor's or technical college degree)
• Extensive experience in application development as an expert ServiceNow developer (m/f/d)
• ServiceNow expertise and experience in the development and operation of OpRisk applications, including analysis, design,implementation, testing, and deployment
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow modules GRC, IRM, BCM, or TPRM
  Affinity for or interest in risk management
• Ability to work in a team, an agile mindset, and strong communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken German (at least C1) and English
