Project/Department Overview

The internal project "HR IT Landscape Renewal" aims to introduce the SAP SaaS solution SuccessFactors to support the full Hire-to-Retire process. This new SaaS HR Suite will significantly reduce costs in HR processes, eliminate data silos and manual work, and streamline existing processes based on "Best Practices." Additionally, the solution will improve usability for users, increase transparency and security of data and processes, and integrate SuccessFactors with the current SAP HCM On-Premise system to optimize data exchange and flows. A hybrid architecture will be created, replacing some legacy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination and Planning: Responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of standard project processes according to the PM@BWI, SAP Activate method, and PM@TEK (agile approach).
• Work Package Management: Responsible for maintaining and managing work packages, milestones, and dependencies using tools such as MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira.
• Project Controlling: Manage deadlines, milestones, requirements, deliverables, and budget to ensure the project stays on track.
• Risk and Change Management: Responsible for managing risks, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with stakeholders and resolving conflicts of goals and interests.
• Administrative Support: Includes scheduling and conducting meetings, quality assurance, staff onboarding and offboarding, maintaining lists, and aligning project documentation.
• Report Creation: Develop and generate various project reports using MS Project, Jira, and SAP tools.
• Resource and Capacity Planning: Provide support for resource allocation and capacity planning within the project.
• Special Project Support: Assist in managing special issues or challenges for the project and sub-project leaders.

Qualifications:

Languages:

• German: C1 level (CEFR)

Tool Knowledge:

• MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook
• Jira, MS-Project

Educational Background:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent education, or 6 years of professional experience in the IT field.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of project management experience in projects of medium size and complexity.

Soft Skills:

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within teams, proven by past experiences.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Reliability and Coordination: Ability to plan and organize own tasks and track other team members' tasks efficiently.
• Structured Communication: Capable of delivering consistent and structured messaging, especially when explaining technical or complex topics.

Other Requirements:

• Mobility: Willingness to travel for work purposes. Travel can be done by car, rental car, train, or other public transport according to company policies.
• Home Office: The role includes an estimated 70% home-office flexibility.
