Position: KONSENS Backend (Lead)

Location: Düsseldorf or Paderborn, Germany

Type: Full-time/%80-100 Remote

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification (e.g., training as Fachinformatiker or comparable professional experience).
• Object-Oriented Programming: At least 8 years of practical experience in object-oriented modeling and programming (Java) (verified via project reference). 
• Backend Leadership & Development: At least 5 years of project experience in backend development and technical leadership, with at least 2 years focusing on Java frameworks and base libraries (verified via project reference). 
• Database Systems: At least 2 years of practical project experience with current PostgreSQL database systems including SQL optimization anddatabase tuning (verified via project reference). 
• Storage Solutions: Practical project experience with S3 ObjectStorage (e.g., MinIO) - minimum 1 project (verified via project reference).
• Authorization Frameworks: Practical project experience with OAuth 2.0 / Keycloak authorization frameworks - minimum 1 project (verified via project reference).
• Spring Framework Stack: At least 5 years of practical project experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot in production environments (verified via project reference). 
• Language Proficiency: German Language Level C1 (CEFR) in speaking and writing.

• Reference Period:The project must have been completed or have ongoing phases within the last 3 years (reference period: 03.03.2023 – 03.03.2026).
