Technical Drafter (m/f/d)

Position: Technical Drafter

Location: Penzberg, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Participation in the integration of an interface between CAD and a PLM tool

• Preparation of 3D models for integration into a PLM tool

• Adjustment of design data in case of deviations, in collaboration with the responsible engineers

• Execution of change management processes

• Preparation and maintenance of CAD master data

• Contribution to the further development of internal design standards

Requirements:

• Technical qualification as a technician, technical draftsman, or product designer in the field of mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in technical drafting and in the creation and revision of CAD models

• Experience with PLM systems

• Good German and English language skills

• Very good knowledge of SolidWorks and a solid understanding of how the tool functions

• Experience in the aerospace industry is an advantage

• Experience working with SolidWorks interfaces to other tools is an advantage

• Goal-oriented approach and strong communication skills
