Tasks:

• Analyse existing manufacturing and production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement potential.
• Develop and implement process improvement measures to increase efficiency, productivity, and operational stability.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction within production workflows, material usage, process steps, and resource planning.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by analysing process weaknesses and defining corrective measures.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods to improve production flow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Support production planning and production control activities in coordination with relevant departments.
• Work closely with production, manufacturing, quality, planning, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvement measures.
• Evaluate manufacturing workflows and operational processes to ensure they are efficient, structured, and scalable.
• Prepare process analyses, improvement proposals, action plans, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and support follow-up actions where required.

Requirements:

Professional Experience

• Experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive suppliers, special-purpose machinery manufacturers, industrial production companies, or comparable manufacturing groups.
• Practical experience in optimizing manufacturing and production processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methods.
• Experience in production planning and production control.
• Experience working in close cooperation with manufacturing and production teams.
