Development Engineer / Technician in Production Support (m/f/d)

Position:Development Engineer / Technician in Production Support 

Location: Penzberg, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Project-oriented liaison role between the development and manufacturing departments, including project management
• Responsibility for managing technical changes (product improvements and obsolescence management)
• Preparation of technical documentation and sample documents for prototype, series production, and qualification phases
• Quality assurance and validation of manufacturing-related documentation

Requirements:

• A degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, information technology, or a technical training program with relevant experience.
• Ideally, proficiency in EPLAN P8 and/or SolidWorks, as well as familiarity with MS Office.
• Initial experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and goal-oriented approach to work.
• High level of quality awareness, reliability, and team spirit.
• Business-level German and good English skills.
