Tasks:

• "Planning and implementation of manufacturing and inspection processes for manual assembly and picking lines;
• Supporting and managing series production, overseeing the ramp-up and start-up of new production lines, and ensuring quality, cycle time, and technical availability;
• Continuous improvement and development of existing production equipment, design and procurement of new equipment for series production to ensure a future-proof production setup;
• Preparation of precise manufacturing specifications, control plans, testing and setup instructions, and collaboration on the creation of P-FMEA;
• Representing the interests of manufacturing within the cross-functional product development team and ensuring on-time production readiness for pre-series and series launch;
• Analysis of workflows and support with MTM analysis to derive target and cycle times;"

Requirements:

• "Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on mechanics, manufacturing, or a related field, or certification as a state-certified technician;
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technology: practical planning and project experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in manufacturing or assembly planning, BPS knowledge regarding value stream and line planning;
• Experience with the MTM time management methodology is desirable;
  Solid knowledge of common IT tools; knowledge of the SAP CAPP module is advantageous;
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style;
• Very good written and spoken German and English;"
