Tasks:

• Managing and coordinating technical activities within interdisciplinary project teams
• Defining, planning, and monitoring work packages and schedules to achieve development goals
• Preparing technical decision-making documents (including make or buy analyses)
• Serving as the point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Evaluating, planning, and implementing technical changes and product improvements
• Creating, maintaining, and approving technical documentation, specifications, and supporting evidence
• Assisting with bid preparation, technical presentations, and customer workshops
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Overseeing integration, verification, and qualification activities
• Supporting the strategic development of the product portfolio
  

Requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of professional experience in technical project management, systems engineering, or the development of complex technical systems
• Experience leading development teams
• Experience in the development of complex technical systems in the defense or aerospace sector is a plus
• Knowledge of requirements management as well as configuration and change management
• Proficiency in working with technical specifications and system architectures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work, both domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in using common development and documentation tools, such as SAP ERP, DOORS, and Enterprise Architect, is a plus
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English (especially technical English)
