Position: Technical Project and Supplier Manager
Location: Kassel, Germany

Type: Weekly 35 Hours
Task:
Project Planning and Coordination: Developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and adjusting project objectives to changing conditions
Technical Support: Ensuring that all technical aspects meet requirements, including engineering change management, technical risk analysis, and documentation of new products
Supplier Management: Selecting, evaluating, and coordinating suppliers; ensuring on-time delivery and quality of components; maintaining close communication with national and international partners
Team Leadership and Communication: Leading interdisciplinary teams; motivating project members; communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Risk Management: Identifying technical risks; developing solution strategies; and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Technical Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
in engineering, IT, mechanical engineering, or a
comparable technical field - Project Management Skills: Experience with
project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2,
knowledge of project management software and tools
for scheduling - Soft Skills: Analytical skills, organizational skills,
flexibility, time management, strong communication skills, and
leadership qualities - Language Skills: Very good German and
English skills for communicating with
international customers and suppliers - Essential requirements: Experience with electrical/electronics systems in the automotive sector, as well as experience in overall electrical/electronics development
