Tasks:

• Taking responsibility for meeting costs, quality and deadlines
• Involvement and support of subject matter experts in the event of serious errors
• Participation in industry and customer training
• Sustainable maintenance of supplier, partner company and customer contacts, e.g. in order processing and interface coordination
• Planning and control of UAN
• Testing and documentation of services performed and creation of error logs
• Consultation with suppliers and partner companies during order processing
• Independent execution of the assignments at the conversion sites
• Ensuring targeted communication internally and externally
• Software integration with subsequent functional testing and acceptance

Requirements:

• Professional experience in the field service of an industrial company desirable
• Knowledge of defence products is an advantage
• Completed technician training in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/IT technology or comparable
• Driving licence class B, preferably also BE and C1E
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility as well as a service-oriented appearance
• Intercultural competence
• Worldwide willingness to travel
• High willingness to travel (>90% travel)
