Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the coordination, planning, and execution of complex projects within the IT infrastructure sector. The primary focus of this role is the rollout and optimization of IT solutions in a highly regulated environment, specifically focusing on document management platforms. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of sub-projects within the broader program.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in the coordination and execution of projects from solution development through to deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Work Package Management: Maintain and manage project work packages, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts of interest and coordinating objectives.
• Project Reporting & Documentation: Support in the preparation of project documentation, progress reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify and manage risks, changes, and dependencies within the project scope.
• Resource Management: Support the planning of resources and capacity for project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by contributing to quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable IT-related field; or vocational training in an IT-related profession with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects of medium size and complexity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira. Experience with project documentation, reporting, and controlling.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1 level) and good communication skills in English.

Soft Skills

• Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and manage risks in complex project environments.
